A deeply relaxing class that combines supported aerial yin postures with Claire and soothing sound vibrations from the crystal singing bowls by Mischa.
Melt into longer held stretches in the hammock while being guided into a state of calm and stillness through sound therapy.
A perfect blend of release for both body and mind. Adaptations are always offered. Float, soften and sink into sound.
75 minute class suitable for beginners.

Sold Out - A Summer Solstice Sound Bath Immersion at Red Fern
As we emerge into the energy of the Summer Solstice, join us on Thursday 18th June, 7pm–8.15pm, at Red Fern Studio for a deeply relaxing and immersive sound bath, guided by Mischa, to help you slow down, release tension and feel grounded in both body and mind at this powerful turning point of the year.
During this gentle session, you’ll be invited to simply rest, listen, and receive. It’s perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation without effort, movement or expectation. A hot drink and chocolate will be offered afterwards to gently ground you back into the space.

What to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported, we do have spares available on request. Wear some comfy clothes too.
