A Soundbath Immersion
Join us on Monday 18th May at Red Fern Studio 7pm - 8.15pm, for a deeply relaxing and immersive soundbath, guided by Mischa, to help you slow down, release tension, and feel grounded in both body and mind.
During this gentle session, you’ll be invited to simply rest, listen, and receive. It’s perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation without effort, movement, or expectation. A hot drink and chocolate will be offered afterwards to gently ground you back into the space.

What to Bring
For Red Fern please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and an optional eye mask, anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported. Wear some comfy clothes.
Yoga Rise for Sunday14th June has all of the above equipment provided.
Please note: Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, epilepsy, extreme sound sensitivity, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
